1. Information we collect
When you book or contact us, we collect your name, service address, phone number, email address, details about the job, answers to service questions and any photos you upload.
Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe. BayHomeFix does not store full card numbers.
Like most websites, we automatically collect basic technical data such as browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location through cookies and analytics.
2. How we use your information
To schedule and perform the services you book, prepare for the job, process payments, adjustments and refunds, send booking confirmations and updates, respond to your messages, improve our website and services, and meet legal obligations.

If you provide your phone number and consent, we send text messages about your booking, appointment coordination and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.
