Terms of Service, Cancellation Policy & Liability Waiver
Last updated: October 12, 2026
By placing an order, booking a service, or using our website, the customer (“Client”) acknowledges, understands, and fully agrees to the following legally binding terms and conditions.
Shown at checkout: “By clicking ‘Book Now’ / ‘Submit’, you agree to our Terms of Service, Cancellation Policy, and Property Access & Liability Waiver.”
1. Booking, Payment & Scope of Service
Charging structure: Charges are calculated based on the estimated hourly rate or fixed package selected at checkout. Your payment method will be charged upon booking confirmation.
Scope adjustments: Any additional work, extra hours, or service upgrades requested on-site will be charged accordingly to the card on file. If a job naturally requires less time than booked, appropriate refunds or adjustments will be processed based on our policy. The minimum charge is always one (1) hour.
Tips & gratuities: Tips are optional and at the sole discretion of the Client, processed securely via our payment processor (Stripe).
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Free Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations or major reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a charge equal to the cost of the first booked hour for the selected service.
Customer Notice: Please double-check your availability before confirming your booking. Our technicians’ schedules are precisely routed based on bookings before and after yours. Once booked, our team will coordinate with you to confirm arrival windows, which may slightly adjust depending on job flow.
3. Customer No-Show Policy
Technicians will wait up to 15 minutes at the confirmed address after the scheduled arrival time. If the Client fails to answer, provide access, or respond within 15 minutes, the booking will be classified as a “Customer No-Show.” A no-show fee equal to one (1) hour of the service rate is non-refundable and will be charged to the payment method on file.
4. Property Access, Building Approvals & Security Clearances
Client responsibility: The Client is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary approvals, permissions, and permits from building management, landlords, or Homeowners Associations (HOA) prior to the technician’s arrival.
Security checkpoints: The Client must ensure that the technician, along with necessary toolboxes, equipment, and hardware, is granted full access to the premises, including high-rise security checkpoints, service elevators, and parking.
Denied access: If a technician is turned away, denied entry by building security or management, or prevented from drilling or working upon arrival, the job will be immediately cancelled and treated as a Customer No-Show, subject to the one-hour fee.
5. Pre-Existing Property Conditions & Materials
Work premises: Technicians perform installations, repairs, and assembly based on visible and standard structural conditions.
Hidden conditions: The company and its technicians are not liable for pre-existing property damage, defective drywall or plaster, hidden structural flaws, or unmapped or undisclosed behind-the-wall utility lines (electrical, plumbing, gas, or communication cables).
Client-supplied hardware: For Client-supplied items (including TV mounts, furniture boxes, hardware kits, or fixtures), the Client guarantees their structural integrity and completeness. The company is not liable for manufacturing defects, missing pieces, or structural failure of Client-provided products.
6. Inspection, Acceptance & Release of Liability
On-site approval: Upon job completion, the technician will demonstrate the completed service to the Client. Accepting the service signifies full inspection, approval, and confirmation that the work was completed to full satisfaction and professional standards.
Limitation of liability: Once the technician departs the premises, the company, its sole proprietor, employees, and independent contractors shall be released from any and all liability, claims, or damages regarding post-installation issues. This includes, but is not limited to, TV drops, wall damage, furniture tipping, or personal injuries resulting from improper use, pulling, hanging, leaning, adjusting, overloading, or tampering by adults, children, pets, or third parties.
Reporting window: Any claims regarding direct installation errors must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of job completion. After 24 hours, the work is deemed permanently accepted.
7. Indemnification & Hold Harmless
The Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the company, its owner, employees, and contractors against any third-party claims, liabilities, costs, damages, or legal fees (including HOA fines or landlord disputes) arising out of or related to the services performed at the Client’s request.
8. Force Majeure & Delays
The company is not liable for service delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic gridlock, building lockouts, or emergency road conditions.
9. Chargeback & Dispute Restrictions
The Client agrees not to initiate fraudulent credit card chargebacks or payment disputes with their banking institution without first contacting customer support to resolve the matter. Unjustified chargebacks will be subject to administrative recovery fees and legal collection processes.
10. Mandatory Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Agreement to arbitrate: All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to our services shall be resolved solely through final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court.
Class action waiver: The Client agrees that any claims must be brought in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding.
